		<description>Jen, I feel you on all these points.  I think the nature of the beast is that parents are under so much stress to report to work every day.  For some companies having a sick child is not their priority or problem.  Now for the daycare provider, I know for a fact if any fluids are coming from your child whether it is vomit or diarrhea that child is to be sent home IMMEDIATELY.   Both are true signs of a viral infection.  In terms of the fever, it has to be more than a low grade fever before the child is sent home.   Also it is best to have the kids cough and sneeze in their elbow, the least amount of germs on the hands the better.   I am probably immune to sanitizer at this point.  Before any after school/or camp snack the kids must sanitize.  My 2 cents :)</description>
